On-Site Construction Management Services on the Interior Renovation of a 16 Story (Historical Building) Red Roof Inn in the Heart of Down Town Chicago

Do to Existing Conditions and the use of Non-Union Sub-Contractors the Interior Demolition and Project Permits caused the Project to be delayed past the time I allowed to be on-site.  Management and Supervision was provided by the General Contractor (NRC Construction) so that I could move to other commitments 

​Providing General Contractor Services for the Interior Room Renovations of Red Roof Inns located in Albany NY, Milford CT, and Indianapolis IN

​Exterior repairs to Red Roof Inn locations in the Midwest and East Coast. Projects ranged from the Removal & Replacement of Sidewalks, Shingled Roofs, Structural Steel, Exterior doors and the  complete Painting of  the Hotel

​2014-2015 Providing On-Site Construction Supervision Services for Keating Construction on 4 Taco Bells in the Suburbs of West Chicago.

The Projects were the Exterior and Interior Renovation of 3  Locations (Naperville, Joliet and another one in Naperville)  and the New Construction of a Location in Oswego IL
